These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of smkesports.com (the "Site") and the SMK Rush game available on it (the "Game"), both provided by SMK Esports ("SMK", "we", "us"). By using the Site or Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Using the Site and Game

• The Game is free to play for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, hack or reverse engineer the Site or Game, or use bots or scripts to interact with ads.
• Do not use the Site for anything unlawful.

Virtual items

Coins, characters, outfits and upgrades in SMK Rush are virtual items earned through play. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be bought with or exchanged for real money, and are stored only in your browser. We are not responsible for progress lost when browser data is cleared or a device is changed. We may rebalance, change or remove virtual items when we update the Game.

Advertising

The Site and Game may display ads provided by third parties such as Google. Rewarded ads are always optional. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use cookies.

Merchandise

SMK merch is sold through our official store on Exclaim (exclaim.gg). Orders, payment, shipping, sizing and returns are handled by Exclaim under its own terms. We do not process payments on this Site.

Intellectual property

The SMK Esports name, the SMK shield logo, the SMK jersey designs, SMK Rush and its original characters, and the content of this Site belong to SMK Esports or its licensors. You may share links to and screenshots or clips of the Game for non-commercial purposes, such as streams and social posts. You may not copy, re-host, sell or redistribute the Site or Game. Third-party trademarks, including game titles, belong to their respective owners.

Third-party links

The Site links to services such as Discord, X and Exclaim. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site and Game are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMK Esports will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Game.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
